Photo of the Week: Lions Club Agrigento Chiaramonte Celebrates Our Environment

April 25, 2011

During April, we’ve enjoyed sharing photos of Lions club service projects that focus on the environment. We received this week’s photo from Natalia Di Bartolo of the Lions Club Agrigento Chiaramonte.

Agrigento Chiaramonte Lions Club

In this photo, young artists at the club’s IncontrArti project show their completed painting, “Clean Energy.” During the project, about 40 students from the I.C. Garibaldi School in Realmonte joined Lions to paint on large canvases by sunlight as part of our “Protecting our Environment” Global Service Action Campaign.
